Delicious strawberry cheesecake cinnamon rolls topped with cream cheese icing.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Spread cream cheese mixed with powdered sugar and vanilla on the dough.
- Sprinkle chopped strawberries, cinnamon, and brown sugar over the cream cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly and drizzle with icing before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
