  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix tamarind paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, chili flakes, and salt.
  3. Coat the beef ribs with the sauce mixture.
  4. Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  5. Bake for 2.5 hours until tender.
  6. Remove the foil and broil for an additional 5-10 minutes for caramelization.
  7. Serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
