- 2 pounds beef ribs
- 1/2 cup tamarind paste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix tamarind paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, chili flakes, and salt.
- Coat the beef ribs with the sauce mixture.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 2.5 hours until tender.
- Remove the foil and broil for an additional 5-10 minutes for caramelization.
- Serve hot with extra sauce on the side.

- Adjust chili flakes for desired spice level.
- Marinate ribs overnight for better flavor.
