- 400g beef sirloin strips
- 200g egg noodles
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 green onions
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- You boil the noodles.
- You drain the noodles.
- You mix the soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
- You heat the oil in a pan.
- You brown the beef for three minutes.
- You remove the beef.
- You cook the pepper for two minutes.
- You add the beef and noodles to the pan.
- You pour the sauce over the food.
- You stir until the sauce is sticky.
- You garnish with green onions.
Notes
- You can use flank steak for a leaner meal.
- You can add chili flakes for heat.
- You should not overcook the meat.
