  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Mix the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Place the brisket in a baking dish and coat it with the sauce mixture.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 3 hours, then remove the foil and bake for another hour.
  6. Let the brisket rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with extra sauce on the side.
