Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon sumac

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, water, and olive oil to form a dough.
  2. Knead the dough for 5 minutes and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, sauté onion until translucent.
  4. Add spinach, lemon juice, pepper, and sumac to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
  6. Place filling in the center and fold into triangles.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until golden brown.
