Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Place the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
