Ingredients

- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
Notes
- You can use fresh or frozen spinach.
- Adjust cheese quantities to your taste.
- This dip can be made ahead and baked before serving.
