Ingredients

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 soft-boiled egg per serving
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, heat chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add miso paste, soy sauce, and chili paste. Stir until well mixed.
- Bring broth to a simmer.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain noodles and place in bowls.
- Pour hot broth over the noodles.
- Top with bean sprouts, green onions, and soft-boiled egg.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
