Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat chicken broth over medium heat.
  2. Add miso paste, soy sauce, and chili paste. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Bring broth to a simmer.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  6. Drain noodles and place in bowls.
  7. Pour hot broth over the noodles.
  8. Top with bean sprouts, green onions, and soft-boiled egg.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds.
