Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower wings.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
