Ingredients

- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower wings.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
- For extra crunch, broil for the last 5 minutes.
