Description
A refreshing drink made with hibiscus tea and mint, served sparkling.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup honey or sweetener of choice
- 2 cups sparkling water
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot.
- Add dried hibiscus flowers and mint leaves.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
- Stir in honey until dissolved.
- Chill in the refrigerator.
- Serve with sparkling water over ice.

- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Garnish with mint leaves for presentation.
