Ingredients

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 12 ounces spaghetti

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into meatballs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Add marinara sauce to the pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Serve meatballs and sauce over spaghetti.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Use whole wheat spaghetti for a healthier option.
- Meatballs can be frozen for later use.
