Ingredients

- 400g spaghetti
- 500g minced beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until soft.
- Add minced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in canned tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Drain spaghetti and serve topped with Bolognese sauce.

- Use halal minced beef for the recipe.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
