Description
This dish contains pasta and cheese sauce. You bake it until the top is brown.
Ingredients

- 1 pound macaroni
- 4 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Boil macaroni in water
- Drain the pasta
- Melt butter in a pan
- Whisk in flour
- Pour milk and cream into the pan while you whisk
- Cook the sauce until it is thick
- Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheese
- Mix the sauce with the macaroni
- Pour into a baking dish
- Top with more cheese
- Bake for 30 minutes

- Shred cheese from blocks
- Do not overcook the pasta
- Let the dish rest before you serve it
