Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound macaroni
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Boil macaroni in water
  3. Drain the pasta
  4. Melt butter in a pan
  5. Whisk in flour
  6. Pour milk and cream into the pan while you whisk
  7. Cook the sauce until it is thick
  8. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika
  9. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese
  10. Mix the sauce with the macaroni
  11. Pour into a baking dish
  12. Top with more cheese
  13. Bake for 30 minutes
