Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
  2. Seal the lamb chops in a vacuum bag with olive oil.
  3. Preheat the sous vide water bath to 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
  4. Submerge the vacuum-sealed bag in the water bath and cook for 2 hours.
  5. Remove the lamb chops from the bag and pat dry.
  6. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the lamb chops for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve immediately.
