Ingredients

- 4 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
- Seal the lamb chops in a vacuum bag with olive oil.
- Preheat the sous vide water bath to 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
- Submerge the vacuum-sealed bag in the water bath and cook for 2 hours.
- Remove the lamb chops from the bag and pat dry.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the lamb chops for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Serve immediately.
