  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Boil the egg noodles in salted water.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  4. Drain the fat from the pan.
  5. Stir the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper into the beef.
  6. Mix the sour cream, cottage cheese, and green onions in a bowl.
  7. Layer half of the noodles in a baking dish.
  8. Spread the meat mixture over the noodles.
  9. Add the rest of the noodles.
  10. Cover the noodles with the sour cream mixture.
  11. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  12. Bake for 30 minutes.
