- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Boil the egg noodles in salted water.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Drain the fat from the pan.
- Stir the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper into the beef.
- Mix the sour cream, cottage cheese, and green onions in a bowl.
- Layer half of the noodles in a baking dish.
- Spread the meat mixture over the noodles.
- Add the rest of the noodles.
- Cover the noodles with the sour cream mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
