Instructions
- Separate the egg yolks and whites.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook until the bottom is set.
- Carefully flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
