- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke or wood chips
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
Instructions
- Prepare the ribs by trimming excess fat.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the ribs.
- If using liquid smoke, brush it on the ribs.
- Preheat smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Place ribs in the smoker.
- Smoke for 6-8 hours or until tender.
- Let ribs rest for 30 minutes before serving.
