Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Add chicken to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- On a baking sheet, arrange Brussels sprouts and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place marinated chicken on the same sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Serve with rice for a complete meal.
