Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and red bell pepper. Cook until softened.

  4. Add diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Make wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each well.
  6. Cover and cook until eggs are set.
  7. Warm tortillas in another pan.
  8. Place shakshuka mixture onto each tortilla and sprinkle with feta.
  9. Wrap the tortillas and serve warm.
