Description

Ingredients

- 1 cup couscous
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add couscous and stir. Cover and remove from heat.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
- Melt butter in a pan, add sliced almonds and toast until golden.
- Stir in sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
- Add the couscous to the pan and mix well.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra almonds and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
