- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup orzo
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Boil chicken broth in a pot.
- Add orzo to the pot.
- Cook orzo until soft.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Cook salmon for four minutes per side.
- Mix lemon juice into the orzo.
- Serve salmon with orzo.
