Description
Sausage stuffing bites served with cranberry sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sausage
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add celery and onion; cook until soft.
- In a bowl, combine sausage mixture, stuffing mix, and chicken broth.
- Mix until combined.
- Form mixture into small balls.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with cranberry sauce.
Notes
- Use any preferred sausage flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
