Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 bag gnocchi (16 oz)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and diced tomatoes; bring to a boil.
  4. Add gnocchi and cook until they float, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in spinach and Italian seasoning; cook until spinach wilts.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot.
