Instructions
- Prepare the salmon by removing the skin and pin bones.
- Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, maple syrup, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Marinate the salmon in the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your smoker to 160°F (70°C).
- Remove salmon from the marinade and pat dry.
- Smoke the salmon for 2 to 3 hours until it reaches a sticky texture.
- Let it cool before serving.
