Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, ricotta, parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of filling on half of the ravioli pasta.
- Fold the pasta over and seal the edges.
- Boil the ravioli in salted water until they float.
- In a pan, melt butter and add sage leaves until fragrant.
- Drain ravioli and toss in the sage butter.
- Serve warm with extra parmesan if desired.
