Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100ml heavy cream
- 1g saffron threads
- 30g butter
- Cocoa powder for coating
Instructions
- Heat the cream in a saucepan until just boiling.
- Add saffron threads and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over hot water.
- Stir in the saffron-infused cream and butter until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Form small balls from the chilled mixture.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat.
- Store in the refrigerator until serving.

- Adjust saffron quantity to taste.
