Saffron Chocolate Kulfi Pops are a delightful Indian frozen dessert made with saffron, chocolate, and creamy milk.
Ingredients

- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds)
Instructions
- Heat the milk in a saucepan until it comes to a boil.
- Add saffron strands and let them steep for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the milk and cream mixture, stirring well.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
- To serve, dip the molds in warm water for a few seconds and remove the pops.

- Adjust sugar according to taste.
- Use high-quality saffron for best flavor.
- Let the pops sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
