Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds)

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it comes to a boil.
  2. Add saffron strands and let them steep for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the milk and cream mixture, stirring well.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
  7. To serve, dip the molds in warm water for a few seconds and remove the pops.
