- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Line your tray with paper.
- Slice your potatoes into rounds.
- Toss potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place rounds on your tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Flip your rounds.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Top each round with feta.
- Drizzle honey over your rounds.
- Add thyme.

- Cut slices to the same thickness.
- Use paper to stop sticking.
