Ingredients

- 1 pizza crust
- 4 cloves roasted garlic
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface.
- Spread roasted garlic evenly over the crust.
- Add fresh spinach on top of the garlic.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the spinach.
- Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

- Use store-bought or homemade pizza crust.
- Adjust cheese types based on preference.
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes.
