Ingredients

- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 head of garlic
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap the garlic head in foil and roast for 30-35 minutes.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Squeeze roasted garlic into the potatoes.
- Add butter and milk to the pot.
- Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use cream instead of milk.
- Adjust garlic quantity based on preference.
