Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap the garlic head in foil and roast for 30-35 minutes.
  3. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  5. Squeeze roasted garlic into the potatoes.
  6. Add butter and milk to the pot.
  7. Mash until smooth and creamy.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
