Ingredients

- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Water as needed for consistency
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In a bowl, mix tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and water until smooth.
- Drizzle the tahini sauce over the roasted cauliflower steaks before serving.

- Choose a fresh cauliflower for best results.
- Adjust the thickness of the steaks based on preference.
- Serve with fresh herbs for added flavor.
