Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, stirring until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Add food coloring and mix well.
  7. Spread half of the brownie batter in a greased baking pan.
  8. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over brownie batter.
  10. Spread remaining brownie batter on top.
  11. Swirl the cream cheese mixture using a knife.
  12. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  13. Let cool before cutting into squares.
