Raspberry Jam Buns are sweet, soft rolls filled with tangy raspberry jam.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add butter, sugar, egg, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour, kneading until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface.
- Spread raspberry jam over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into pieces.
- Place on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Use homemade or store-bought raspberry jam.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
