Raspberry Crumble Bars are a delicious dessert made with a sweet raspberry filling and a crumbly topping.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt.
- Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, combine raspberries, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
- Spread the raspberry mixture over the crust.
- Top with the remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served chilled or at room temperature.
