Delicious raspberry cheesecake brownies with a rich chocolate base and creamy topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Melt the butter and mix with granulated sugar.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture.
  7. Spread half of the brownie batter in the pan.
  8. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  9. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
  10. Add raspberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  11. Spread the remaining brownie batter over the raspberries.
  12. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  13. Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
  • Use frozen raspberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
