Delicious raspberry cheesecake brownies with a rich chocolate base and creamy topping.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter and mix with granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in the pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
- Add raspberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Spread the remaining brownie batter over the raspberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use frozen raspberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
- Adjust sugar to taste if desired.
