Ingredients

- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (berries, banana, apple)
Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
- In a pot, combine quinoa and almond milk.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until quinoa is cooked.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Serve in bowls and top with fresh fruits.
