Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the beef in soy sauce for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli; stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
