Ingredients

- 500g dried apricots
- 1 liter water
- 150g sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Soak the dried apricots in water for 2 hours.
- Drain the apricots and place them in a blender.
- Add the soaked water and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove solids.
- In a pot, combine the apricot juice with sugar and lemon juice.
- Heat gently until sugar dissolves.
- Cool and serve chilled.
