Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey and almond butter until melted.
- Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- These bars can be customized with other nuts or seeds.
- For a sweeter taste, add more honey.
