- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 small green bell pepper, for the stem
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Add green onions and pecans. Stir well.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Once chilled, shape the ball into a pumpkin form.
- Use parsley to create the pumpkin’s texture by pressing it into the cheese ball.
- Insert a bell pepper piece to form the stem.
- Serve with crackers or veggies.
