Instructions

  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add green onions and pecans. Stir well.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  5. Once chilled, shape the ball into a pumpkin form.
  6. Use parsley to create the pumpkin’s texture by pressing it into the cheese ball.
  7. Insert a bell pepper piece to form the stem.
