- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, sugar, and mix well.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Pour in heavy cream and blend until smooth.
- Line a springform pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is dark brown.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
