Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 12 brioche slider buns
  • Coleslaw (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Sear the beef on all sides until browned.
  4. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  5. Pour in the beef broth, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cover and bake for 3 hours or until the beef is tender.
  8. Shred the beef with two forks and mix with the juices.
  9. Toast the brioche buns lightly.
  10. Assemble sliders with beef and optional coleslaw.
