Description
Tender pulled beef served on soft brioche sliders.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 brioche slider buns
- Coleslaw (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat.
- Sear the beef on all sides until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Pour in the beef broth, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and bake for 3 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Shred the beef with two forks and mix with the juices.
- Toast the brioche buns lightly.
- Assemble sliders with beef and optional coleslaw.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Beef can be made a day ahead.
- Adjust barbecue sauce to your taste.
