- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice your potatoes into rounds.
- Coat your slices with oil salt and pepper.
- Put your slices on a tray.
- Bake your slices for 20 minutes.
- Turn your slices over.
- Bake your slices for 10 minutes.
- Top your slices with feta.
- Pour your honey over the top.

- Cut your slices to the same thickness.
- Use a sharp knife.
- Eat your rounds while they are hot.
