High-protein banana yogurt muffins for a healthy snack.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt and honey to the mashed bananas.
- Mix in the eggs until combined.
- In another bowl, mix oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a muffin tin lined with paper liners.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
