Description
These vanilla cupcakes have yellow frosting. You decorate them with daisies and pearls for a spring look.

- 1 egg
- 0.5 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 0.5 cup butter for frosting
- Yellow food coloring
- Edible daisies
- Sugar pearls
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk flour baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- Beat butter and sugar until light.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Add dry ingredients and milk.
- Fill liners two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool cupcakes on a wire rack.
- Beat powdered sugar and butter with yellow coloring.
- Pipe frosting onto cupcakes.
- Place daisies and pearls on top.
Notes
- Use room temperature eggs for better mixing.
- Do not overfill the cupcake liners.
