Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  3. Whisk flour baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  4. Beat butter and sugar until light.
  5. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
  6. Add dry ingredients and milk.
  7. Fill liners two-thirds full with batter.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Cool cupcakes on a wire rack.
  10. Beat powdered sugar and butter with yellow coloring.
  11. Pipe frosting onto cupcakes.
  12. Place daisies and pearls on top.
