Description

Crispy potato pancakes made from grated potatoes and onions.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grate the potatoes and onion into a bowl.
  2. Drain excess moisture from the mixture.
  3. Add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the skillet, flattening slightly.
  6. Fry until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
  7. Transfer to a paper towel to drain excess oil.
