Description

- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
- Toss the florets with olive oil and spices in a bowl.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet.
- Roast for twenty-five minutes until tender.
- Whisk the tahini, honey, lemon juice, and garlic in a small jar.
- Drizzle the sauce over the warm cauliflower.

- Use fresh lemon juice for better flavor.
- Add water to the sauce if it is too thick.
- Store leftovers in your refrigerator for three days.
