Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  3. Toss the florets with olive oil and spices in a bowl.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for twenty-five minutes until tender.
  6. Whisk the tahini, honey, lemon juice, and garlic in a small jar.
