Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chopped pistachios, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil.
- Press the pistachio mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey and red pepper flakes until warm.
- Drizzle hot honey over the salmon before serving.
