Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a cake pan.
  3. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
  6. In another bowl, mix semolina, baking powder, and melted chocolate.
  7. Combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture.
  8. Add chopped pistachios and fold gently.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Allow to cool before serving.
