A rich and moist cake made with semolina, pistachios, and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix semolina, baking powder, and melted chocolate.
- Combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture.
- Add chopped pistachios and fold gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve with whipped cream for added flavor.
- Try adding orange zest for a citrus twist.
