- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Add vanilla, vinegar, and cornstarch; mix until combined.
- Spoon the meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping into a circle.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Melt the chocolate chips and let cool slightly.
- Spread whipped cream over the cooled meringue.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios.
